If you have ever been informed by a physician that you may have a prior history of any of the following: heart murmurs, mitral valve prolapse, artificial heart valves, Rheumatic fever, hip or knee replacement, a pacemaker, or any other medical condition that requires you to pre-medicate for a dental visit please contact our office before your visit.

Finances

Regarding finances, our fees are payable at the time of service.  Our practice is happy to assist you with the completion of any insurance claim forms you may have.  All fees, however, are the full responsibility of the client.  Our practice accepts cash, checks and major credit cards.
